i dont even follow "proportion" because this is minecraft and in a game with a strict 1m grid even with mods its not always possible to make a loco the perfect scale

so just screw it and improve what you really think needs improvement rather than chasing perfection

It's not really a locomotive, but I'm the most proud of this crane that can pick up objects, turn (with clutches to stop it from overshooting and breaking itself) raise and lower the lift arm and has a working interior
