SO while debugging a different issue, I have re-created the issue with being kicked out of my train seat in Create: Steam 'n' Rails mod.
This is a rather annoying bug because it means I glitch out of the train while it is in motion at max speed.
The crucial Info: Forge 43.3.2 Minecraft Version 1.19.2, VideoCard: Nvidia 4070 12 GB Asus Brand Dual Fans (Brand new), Steam 'N' Rails latest version.
Mod Version: "Steam_Rails-1.5.3+forge-mc1.19.2.jar"

Launcher: CurseForge/OverWolf.

I've narrowed it down to a specific list of mods that might be causing it. Here is a list of the mods I suspect is the cause.
The reason I know it's one of these mods but don't know which one is because I'm diagnosing a different issue and enabling and logging each mod I turn on in a pack one at a time, and I had to ride the train each time I reloaded a copy of the world save.
The train seat didn't kick me once (surprisingly) until I added these and I was shocked.
If anyone has any idea if any of these are most likely to cause this issue let me know.

Binary Search - A method of finding problems with mods

The binary search is a way of finding a faulty thing amongst a lot of other things, without having to remove the things one-by-one. This is useful for finding a broken mod among hundreds of mods, without having to spend time testing the mods one-by-one.

The procedure is simple:

  1. Remove half of the existing things, and put them aside.
  2. Run the program / game.
  3. Does the issue still exist?
If YES: Repeat from step 1 with the current things.
IF NO: Swap out the current things with the ones set aside, and repeat from step 1.
  4. Repeat this process until the problematic thing/s have been found.

Credit to the Quilt Community discord and the NeoForge Discord for these instructions.
