Train super slow for no reason (Forge 1.18.2)

I know I am probably doing something dumb but my trains go super slow (even when the speed bar is all the way up). This is a example of something I have tried.

Sounds like you've got your train speed super low in create's configs

how would i change that?

hit esc

look for the button with goggles on it

hit the config button, then gameplay settings
