I'm not sure A&B is even being actively maintained, and if so, would it be for one of the versions we currently support

No, Above and Beyond is only on 1.16. Trains weren't introduced until a much later version of Create

yeah, Create is 1.14+ and the version A&B is on is 1.16

But yeah, Unless the version of Create that introduced trains magically gets backported to 1.16 along with SnR, you're SOL
