We have whistles, so why not sirens too? They're essentially just whistles with a wind-up and wind-down (although on a steam siren, the wind-down is barely audible)

I'm thinking the pitch could be varied increasing the size of the horn by adding more siren horn blocks, and changing the over all size of it with a wrench
It would work a lot like the steam whistle, but a different model and different sound physics
