some way to tell a train to actively avoid passing a station
Example use case:
monorail track that goes through an opening that only allows for hanging trains you could tell a train that is on the top of the monorail to not go that way and vice versa
alternatively if you are fine with a train taking any path to get to a destination except for a certain one you could put the inverse waypoint on the path you don't want it to take
