current trains are sources of free movement but with rotational bogeys, you can't go unless rotation is provided. These trains would likely use the Landlord system for the on-board rotation generation. The Stirling engine or a small steam engine would work great but you could technically have a wind powered train. These could make trains more balanced but should probably not replace the old bogeys and be it's own thing.
