Is it possible to make our user pool invite-only, that is we have a set of admins that invite users who could then receive an invitation email or link to finish sign-up.

I suppose I could decline sign-up for users in a pre-signup trigger except if they are found in a invitations app data model, but maybe there's a more idiomatic way
