I've been able to use amplify UI library with cognito user pools and now I'm trying to add google login. All the documentation seems to suggest an amplify backend or amplify project is required. I'm currently using Gen1 but willing to migrate to Gen2 if it's possible. I'm interested in the authenticator UI library only to be used with existing resources. Is that configuration possible?

I was able to get this working. The backend requirement is just a properly configured user pool and app client.
