I can't figure out why deployment fails -- except that I see complaints about version incompatibilities. So far my attempts at finding a working combination have failed.

Even if I follow the instructions exactly -- https://docs.amplify.aws/angular/start/quickstart/ -- it fails.

It turned out that it was a configuration issue with my credentials. It wasn't specific to Angular.
