AWS Amplify AdminQueries Unauthorized error

I have configured my Cognito Admin Queries using aws amplify cli. but when I call the queries it gives me unathorized error

I followed this doc https://docs.amplify.aws/cli/auth/admin/#adding-admin-actions but still did not find any solution
