I am interested in creating an application that enables clients to send text and push notifications to their customers. I have Figma UI designs and some knowledge of AWS services but would appreciate some guidance on the best approach to building this using Amplify.

Specifically, I would like to create a web interface in React to allow clients to send messages to one or many customers, filtered by user types and tags. On the customer side, I aim to develop a mobile app that focuses on push notifications, allowing users to select their preferences for notifications and their preferred notification channels. Your feedback would be greatly appreciated.

  • Would be nice to see a total audience count once a user selects a group of people so they know how many people the message will be broadcast to
  • Nice to have a saved draft for a message
