I've got more details about this issue,

When the model is saved offline, then turning on internet (while the app is active), the model is correctly synced.
When the model is saved offline, then closing the app, restart it with internet turned on, the exception occurs.

I really don't know whats the difference and why this DataStore exception occurs.
