you could try to check if there is a unwanted connection between any of the pins using a multimeter in continuity mode: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kybZNYzDYhM
This way you could check for example if there is a short between 5V and GND or if the sliders 3/4/5 are physically connected to the analog pin of slider 1.
Also recheck the pin-outs of the sliders with the data sheet to see if the cables are connected to the right slider pins (that's one of my most common mistakes 😅 )

thank you for your help. i tried it, but it seems everything soldered correct. no short, no connections.
