i have set up one of the sliders to be the mic volume and i see it working in settings on win 11 but discord seems to be ignoring the mic level completely, even when mic is set to 0 discord picks up the sound without any change. any ideas why and how to fix it?

I came here to ask about the same issue! Win 10 for me. I can see in Discord and Zoom that the volume slider goes up and down as I move the slider up and down, but even at zero, the mic still picks up everything. Any ideas on what to try?
