as per title, I got some elegoo nano boards and windows can't detect them, installed the ch430 driver but couldn't find anything else that could help

Are you using a data cable

good question, I have no way to make sure since it's the only usb mini I have found around the house

no, I bought a 3 pack and it just had the boards and those pre made pins(?), Idk how they're called. I have exactly 0 experience with making this stuff and it shows

this troubleshoot can be tricky, but you can try to look around for tips on how to solve this (unrelated to deej - you just want your board to work)

you can try instaling alternative drivers from a trusted source (i recommend sparkfun)

and you can try a different board, or a different USB port or cable
