Your city might have open datasets, so you could look what they are having. For example traffic information, geospatial datasets etc. Other idea is to get data from an API or scraping. For example there was this site which listed all airplane incidents or pick something else that interests you. If you are in to gaming/ e-sports there could be lots of interesting datasets in there

Well this is a nice video where the speaker analyses Power of friendship in anime with Graph measures.
So it is not the data but what you are good at and what you love doing.
Take up a domain you like maybe music, art, etc and see what is a simple abstract question you want to answer and see if it can be done with AI.
