Do you specifically need to use Eigen faces?
You can just use Google colab to run code in your browser. If you have access to a computer it is often more convenient to do that, but colab is good if gpu/storage space/internet speed are limited to you. Most people mainly need just the GPU though.
It could be a good place to start also if you don’t know how to setup Python and libraries right away now that I think about it
