i cant run the modpack to heavy

I would have recommended to install the modpack and then remove all of the mods except gregtech, Jei, and FTB quests which is the quest mod

If you REALLY value optimisation then that is the strictly necessary mods, but if you want to get decently far in you probably also need to keep AE2 as it makes late game gregtech actually bearable with its autocrafting systems

Although AE2 is decently heavy
