#Parallelization >1 on Rotary Hearth Furnace results in recipes not being processed

Version: 1.3.1 (within ATM9, manually updated GTCEu Modern to current version)

Expected behaviour: Rotary Hearth Furnace processes available recipes <= max parallelization.

Current behaviour: Rotary Hearth Furnace only processes recipes if there is either exactly one complete recipe in the inputs or if max parallelization is set to 1. e.g. 1x Osmiridium Dust and 1000mB Argon will result in processing one Hot Osmiridium Ingot recipe, but 15x Osmiridium Dust and 750mB Argon refuses to process when parallelization is 2 or more.


Likely not a hatch/bus issue because:

Input: large numbers of recipes can be present in input busses and hatches without interfering with operation at 1x parallel. Current setup is 2x Quad LuV Input Hatches and 3x HV Input Busses (busses are currently set to distinct), also tested with 2x regular LuV Input Hatch.

Output: All recipes can process at 1x parallel without removing anything from the output. Not a quad output hatch issue, have tested with both 2x LuV Output Hatch and 2x Quad LuV Output Hatch.


Likely not an energy issue: tested with both LuV 16A and ZPM 4A hatches on the LuV Hot Osmiridium Ingot recipe.


Likely not a muffler issue: tested both LuV and LV mufflers.


I pray for my own sanity that it's not an issue with the Auto Maintenance Hatch; Jade also says Maintenance Fine on both main RHF block and Auto Maintenance hatch.


Issue present with Elite, Master, Ultimate, and Super Parallel Control Hatches.

There is problems in this test, as I've had different parallel function results using 2 uv hatches, and 16a uv hatches

Also tried using several different parallel hatch and energy hatch combos
