Note:this is happening in an ATM9 server in the latest version 2.61
What's happening is people are randomly dying heres the death message death.attack.gtceu.medical_condition/carcinogen
That happens in an instant where you get hit and then youre dead with all armor broken and even tools in hand I didnt notice a specific pattern to it
People who dont die to the tick of damage also get permanent Nausea II that keeps refreshing to 5seconds

Disable all 3 pollution configs in the config file. Go to the servers world save file, go to data folder, delete the pollution data file. Start server back up. I think this should fix it. It fixed it for me.

You need to duct all your multiblocks with mufflers into a scrubber
And use scrubbers to clear polluted air
Or just disable pollution, once your on 1.3.0a
