Not able to claim Premium reward or Invite Friend reward

I'm not able to claim the premium backpack reward at all. I have roblox premium membership still yet my friend is able to get the backpack. Also I had invited my friend to play the game with me and helpped them get to base level 2 and I got no reward from it as well.

Same but the people that are reporting about the premium rewards issues aren’t getting any replies back so idk if it’s broken or not

Yeah I'm unsure why it does. But I just logged in now and now I have the premium reward but unsure on the invite friend reward

All I know about the invite friend thing is whatever account your using it needs to be 6months old otherwise you can’t get the items
