It is hard to tell what enchant you are using, so maybe add a highlight or something similar around the currently equipped enchant on your hotbar?

The color of the enchant book is displayed on your pickaxe

So if your using speed then your pickaxe would be blue

#

And green for luck

#

And so on for each enchant

yes, but sometimes the color doesn't show because of the color of the pickaxe

colorblind support is a peak idea

#

you can just press again to be sure about the enchant you want, but yeah a highlight is definitely a way to have a better design
