I'm recording using OBS to record wrapper and the audio and video aren't synchronized when putting them into the video maker I use. I use Open Shot video. Anyone know the settings I should use for recording Wrapper videos on OBS.

Potential false alarm. I think it's 24 fps for OBS

Nope, it didn't work. I use 24fps NTSC

An audio setting I had used previously is no longer switchable when it once was at one point

New update. For some reason, it records off sync but it synchrozizes it when exporting
