Probably a failed ffmpeg install

Idk If I'm either right or wrong on this, but isn't this where the ffmpeg install is? Because:

1.) If CarrotKiller101 has to go through reinstalling 2.0.0. and reupload his characters and recreate his starters again, I was gonna show him where the ffmpeg thing is.
2.) After searching up "ffmpeg" on Wrapper Offline 2.0.0., I clicked onto a folder that said "@ffmpeg-installer", and I thought this was where the ffmpeg thing is.

and now after seraching up, "ffmpeg.dll", I don't know If one of these have the correct installation.
