so i was fixing voiceforge on wrapper offline and it just gave me a javascript

It seems like you didn't put it in the proper file location seeing that it is on the main file location. What you need to do is go to resources > app > wrapper > model's. You should come across another TTS file already imported inside of the file location. Download the TTS file first btw which im pretty sure you did and then remove the one that was already installed in there and put the new TTS file you put in. This is what i did and it worked
