If this occurs on characters that contain custom character assets, custom character assets may not have been deployed properly.

it sometimes happens on my brothers computer which doesnt contain custom assets

If this happens without custom character assets, there may be something wrong with Wrapper itself. Try redownloading and reinstalling Wrapper. If you have v1.3.0 or earlier, you may also try enabling verbose mode, restarting Wrapper, retrying what you were attempting to do, and checking the NPM window for anything suspicious.
