The only known way to sidestep this is to access Wrapper from another browser that still supports Flash.
With the main W:Off 2.0/2.1 window still open, go to localhost:4343 in a browser that still supports Flash, such as Pale Moon, Basilisk, or the Ungoogled Chromium from an older Wrapper version.
Make sure a non-timebombed version of the Flash plugin is installed for that browser to use - PPAPI variant for Chromium-based browsers such as Ungoogled Chromium or NPAPI variant for Firefox-based browsers such as Pale Moon or Basilisk.
Do NOT use modern versions of regular browsers for any LVMs, including but not limited to Wrapper: Offline. They have been updated to kill Flash.
Do NOT use Ruffle or similar extensions. They will not work for any LVM.
