This seems to be normal behavior for v2.0.0

There is no known way to override that behavior

#

other than separately launching a different browser that still supports Flash and going to localhost:4343 to access Wrapper from there (keep the main Wrapper window open)

type into the address bar of a browser that still supports flash, such as the ungoogled chromium included with an older version of wrapper offline, or pale moon or basilisk

Do NOT use Internet Explorer for this. Full offline LVM clones do not work properly on Internet Explorer, even if it has a working deployment of Flash it could use.

That is just sidestepping this behavior of v2.0.0
