#Newly made characters can't be used anymore

Hello, I've been using Wrapper Offline 2.0.0 for a small while and haven't yet had this kind of error until now.

I looked around for posts to see if anyone experienced this error and couldn't find anything so I thought I'd post my issue:

I keep getting the "Error #2044: Unhandled IOErrorEvent:. text=Error #2124: Loaded file is an unknown type." error window as shown in one of the images. This started happening yesterday or so.

When I open up recent characters such as Grandpa Max, they appear bugged. When I dismiss all/accept then he loads fine minus the hair, which is no longer selectable for him or any other character for some reason. The same thing happened with the Rambo (R. John) stock character, whose icon in the stock character list never loads or can be loaded in. Rambo's nose disappears like Grandpa Max's hair and can no longer be selected (while they can be clicked on and highlighted in the character creation menus, they aren't visible). It's like creating a character works for a video, but then breaks later, rendering certain body parts permanently unusable. Also these bugged characters end up rendering the scenes they are in completely unplayable and blank (said scenes pictured, featuring Grandpa Max, Gwen, and Ben, who are also unusable).

So far, Grandpa Max, Ben, Gwen (custom characters), and the Rambo stock characters seem to exhibit these problems, ruining a series I just started. The S. Bella stock character doesn't have this error though. If I'm not clear enough or lacking in more details I'll be glad to provide more, thank you.

May be caused by improperly deployed custom character assets.

odd, because all i did with his hair was turn it gray. i'd understand it with rambo because his creation was complicated from what i looked at. although i did take lines from the freckle/accessory tab and put them under his eyes to add age

thanks for your reply it gives me a better understanding of my problem

EDIT: my gwen and ben characters don't have any accessories from what i remember, so im not sure what's wrong there

If this is happening even with no custom character assets, your Wrapper installation may be damaged. Redownload and reinstall Wrapper.
