There use to be spin-off goanimate sites that did just this, but they were really not popular. They essentially allowed you to create animations (kind of like Plotagon) but you could only set inital location of characters, and I think you had a max of 4 characters, you weren't able to relocate them either, or resize them, it was essentially a GoAnimate video generator, All you could do was type text, select the character who says it, and the website did the rest. it was really simple. However, I think no one archived it, due to it's lack of popularity, but don't quote me on that.
