I need help with this

That is an NPM crash.

If NPM crashed after a failed TTS, saving, or importing attempt:
Keep video maker window or tab open.
If verbose on: Go to NPM window, type npm start, and press enter.
If verbose off: Run (Wrapper installation)\utilities\open_nodejs.bat.
After doing either, save your video before attempting to use TTS.

If NPM crashed after attempting to load or make a video or character:
If verbose on: Go to NPM window, type npm start, and press enter.
If verbose off: Run (Wrapper installation)\utilities\open_nodejs.bat.
After doing either, retry the action you were attempting to perform. If open_nodejs.bat as manually opened (when verbose is off) closes after retrying the action, enable verbose mode, restart Wrapper, retry the action, and if it fails again, check the NPM window and send a screenshot so the issue can be investigated.

If NPM crashed right after starting Wrapper:
Let's investigate the issue. Make sure verbose mode in settings.bat is ON (if off, enable and restart Wrapper), then send a screenshot of the NPM window.
If in the NPM window you see "ECONNREFUSED", another app may be using the port Wrapper is supposed to use. Sign out of and then back into Windows and restart Wrapper.
If you see "SyntaxError: Unexpected token" in the NPM window in W:Off 1.3.0, you may have a version of node.js that's too old. Install node.js 18.4 from nodejs.org.
If you see "MODULE_NOT_FOUND" in the NPM window, node modules have not been installed properly. Type in npm install in the NPM window, press enter, and wait for the process to finish. Then type in npm start and press enter. If you encounter errors while doing npm install, redownload and reinstall Wrapper using the installer at wrapperoffline.org
