1.3.0 and earlier only.

You may have to clear browser cache in Wrapper's Ungoogled Chromium.

Disable headless mode in settings.bat and restart Wrapper.
Then, in the browser window that comes up, click the menu icon at the top-right of the screen (below the close button), then go to Settings. In the settings page, find Clear browsing data. Then, under Time range, select All time. Then make sure "Cached images and files" is checked. Click Clear Data. Once finished, reload the character creator.
