I came up with solution. The interviewer gave me a question with typo, and then I typed out a few ideas I have and start tackling it in a different way. But she thought that I was going down on one of the options I didn’t choose

I freaked out a lot in my first call too so that didn’t help and just gave an impression that I couldn’t communicate
