Took the OA like second week of October and then they sent me that Google form 3 weeks ago

Then the the email for final yesterday

45 minutes each, went bad. They threw a couple LC hards at me but I tried to salvage whatever I could. Have been ghosted by the recruiter since. Overall 0/10 experience

Sorry to hear that. Hope you will hear back from them soon. I think it's very unprofessional of them to ghost or let you wait for a long time after the final round.
