Hi @frozen compass for this negotiation did you physically send the offer letter to TikTok or just tell them you have an offer for this amount? Thanks also is the negotiation purely with signing bonus and this 230k doesn't not include equity?

Aside from G, I make it a point to really never disclose specific offer numbers -- let alone send offer letters. They don't need to know. All they need to know is that the offers I have are extremely competitive offers from Google, Facebook, Citadel etc. I give them a list of current offers I have, the locations they're in during a call and they said they'd get back to me

Which they did after a few days
