I feel like snap/pinterest/tiktok/stripe are all still extremely well recognized brands and you'll have no problem getting a job after working at those companies (or anything in their tier). You really can't go wrong either way.
My personal dilemma right now is going with cloudflare (very likely to grow, great brand name, very exclusive) and taking much lower TC, or going to ZipRecruiter (might grow, might stagnate, unicorn + publicly traded SaaS so probably decent recognition) and taking FAANG level TC. I think I'm going to go with cloudflare for the brand recognition + getting to work on challenging stuff, but it's definitely a hard decision... if I had applied to FAANG, I would probably go there bc it's going to max your brand rec + your comp + depending on your team you can work on cool stuff (but thats just me)
