i also applied for a new grad position in msft early october but still did not hear back is it normal?

i applied to dublin one on 2nd october and norway one 6th october

i also applied to uk around same time but magically got rejected?? they did not even send a rejection mail I just checked action center and saw it was no longer under consideration
