They sent me an email 30 minutes ago regarding what roles I want at OCI

#

So I don't have anything regarding pay until I select my top 3 choices

Most of the interviews consist of behavioral questions

#

All of them have to do with collaboration or scenario questions or questions regarding why you'd want to work for Oracle

#

They're looking for OCI's values

#

In the technical part of the interviews they're mostly looking at your logical thinking rather than whether you can solve the problem or not

#

In all the technical interviews I had the interviewers made a suggestion or two while I was coding, which is also something they're noting

Your ability to listen to ideas and collaborate
