Recruiter moved me to software engineer intern process

I genuinely think that referrals are managed by a internal ATS that reject really often

Or recruiters that look at referred resume are picky as fuck

if your school has an assigned recruiter then referred resumes get looked over by them

^ yeah i've had two diff recruiters and the most recent one said that they are the recruiter for my school
