I would say to make sure like you talk to the recuiters and get the link to apply. As I know there are some people that don't take advantage of career fairs. But if you aren't getting a interview or OAs, the issue might be your resume. Like projects, skills, etc.

Don’t give them your resume, just have a conversation with them. Ask about their company, ask about stuff they like, what they do. Talk to them like you don’t want the one thing you actually want from them.

Ask them for a business card or email and FOLLOW UP because this is where you will stand out.

Remind them of your conversation and how you enjoyed it. This will get you a lot further than majority of the people shoving a resume in their face. Or even the ones showing a project. Recruiters sometimes don’t give a shit, so give them a reason to be interested. They talk to people all the time, so be someone they enjoy talking to
