So what is for a while? is there a timeline. I thought since mine happened on a Saturday they might take some time to come back but now that u are saying this so what could be the timeline?

Honestly I don’t think there’s any fixed timeline for this. From what I’ve seen, stronger candidates tend to get responses faster, but there are also Reddit posts where people stayed in ‘In Review’ for a bit and still moved forward. It could also just mean they’re comparing more candidates right now. For me, earlier rounds were pretty quick (recruiter and build challenge), and even the email says we’ll hear back shortly, so I guess that’s why I’m a little unsure. But I’m in the same boat as you, so maybe I’m just overthinking it.
