Round 1: The interviewer was very friendly. We started with introductions, and then they immediately jumped into lp questions without asking anything about my resume:
Tell me about a mistake you encountered and how you handled it.
Tell me how you have applied gen ai in your work. Do you or your team use it in your daily tasks? Have you developed any AI systems specifically for this purpose?

Round 2: The interviewer was also quite chill. It felt as though he asked the LP questions merely as a formality, just saying, "I need you to answer these two LP questions, and then we'll move on to the coding section":
Tell me about a time you received negative feedback that didn't meet your expectations, and what you did in response.
Tell me about a project you worked on that delivered results exceeding expectations.
