Projects, more specific definitely, get rid of the llm driven course analytics from experience and either make it a project or get rid of it all together

#

if you're colorstack eligible use that to get more processes

#

might be some ats issues so I'd use jake's template just in case

#

what's the timeline here, are bachelors and masters in same country?

lock in.

#

so did you quit the bank job?

#

okay makes sense now

#

seems like there's stuff positioned more towards ai/ml and some stuff more positioned towards general swe, might not be a bad idea to create two separate resumes in your case

#

yeah the first subpoint there is good for research, the second one is probably something that doesn't even feel much like research

#

I mean you can put the research on both and same with the work I was just thinking you could show more ml strength on one resume and on the other resume focus more on software readiness

#

that doesn't look like jakes template at all

#

also bullets should be more specific imo

#

For example the qwen3 fine tuning literally looks like it's just summarizing what fine tuning is

#

it doesn't even mention what you fine tuned for and how much accuracy improved

#

Some of the research signals are also vague, like what were the results of these

#

A huge chunk of your swe bullet points are more devops bullet points, try to add more that are more swe related

#

The SWE and ML resume don't need to be totally different, just some stuff emphasized more and maybe some projects in the ml resume
