yeah, my friend that works there told me that they replaced the behavioural screen with an online assessment and you just get auto-rejected if you fail

Oh shoot. I didn’t realize that. I interviewed in 2024.

It was my second ever new grad interview

#

But I was rejected. Maybe I came off as being someone who needed too much support? But I don’t get how they could turn a screen interview into a test

#

There’s so much data they’re missing out on compared to a phone screen.

Veeva is a goofy process though. Don’t dwell on it too much.

I am hoping you have others in your pipeline though. The job search was very stressful for me.
