are you tryna start a job at a specific time? if not then just apply to those, 3 yoe is a lot to be considered for graduate roles in general
about the resume, it looks pretty good overall. I'd say you could make the bullet points a little more technical to emphasize the features of the tools you used, but it's perfectly fine the way it is, and you have a good enough breadth in stack
