When I had my final round with Charles Schwab, the interviewer was team lead and they grilled a lot over resume and network concepts. (SWE). Schwab was a fun place though the interns had the most diversity, was a common joke. Visa will have higher TC. Ironically for Austin both Schwab and visa offices are so close to each other lol both are nice campuses to work at too
