it's up to you if you want to take that risk. but you cant go wrong with either, it's just stripe is prob overall still better. consider that even if you might find the work more interesting at bytedance compared to the worst tm outcome at stripe, the wlb will be worse. u might get faster growth at stripe, pay is better (i think? according to levels), and the name will carry more prestige overall
