Trading adjacent desk leaves you with good exit opps and path to higher TC in couple of years

Base will be lower than most big tech but bonus evens it out somewhat (lower than FAANG+ though)

You're kinda doing it for prestige and exit opps, pretty much faith that your salary will scale a lot faster than swe

If you're doing risk I dont think its ideal but I believe JPM has a good program for quant? try and figure out if its front office
