i think they are filling the stack rank rn and will prob flush it out by mid-dec my personal theory from my research

thats why no one has heard back unless u are a strong hire

all the lean hires / rejections haven't heard back since they making the stack rank

dependent on what the strong hires say (accept/reject) is when theyy will move to the lean hire band
